OhnePixel's $100,000 CSGO Opening

Introduction

In the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of competitive gaming, the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) community is renowned for its insatiable appetite for rare in-game items. From coveted weapon skins to collectible stickers, the thrill of unboxing these virtual treasures has captured the hearts of millions of players worldwide. Recently, the gaming sphere was rocked by an extraordinary event – OhnePixel's astonishing $100,000 CS:GO case opening stream, which took place on Twitch.

Regarding Twitch streamers, OhnePixel has become a prominent figure, admired for his hilarious personality, funny mannerisms, and unwavering passion for CS:GO. With a dedicated following of fervent fans, this renowned streamer decided to push the boundaries of excitement and embarked on a daring mission of unboxing over $100,000 worth of rare ingame capsules, containers, and cases. The opening consisted of 8 Cologne 2014 Capsules, 89 Bravo Cases, 78 Weapon Case Ones, 40 Cobblestone Packages, an EMS Katowice 2014 Challenger Capsule, and an EMS Katowice 2014 Legends Capsule.

8 Cologne Caspules ($800)

LDLC Cologne 2014 Holo - $165

The beginning of the historic opening began with 8 cologne 2014 capsules being opened. Out of the eight capsules opened, the only stickers to note being unboxed were the LDLC Cologne 2014 Holo ($165) and the HellRaiser Cologne 2014 Holo ($45).

89 Bravo Cases ($4,040)

With so many Bravo cases, one may think that OhnePixel may have been lucky enough to unbox an AK-47 Fire Serpent... however sadly, that was not the case. Throughout his Bravo Case unboxings, he pulled 2 FN P2000 Ocean Foams ($135 each), a MW Ocean Foam ($125), and a MW p90 Emerald Dragon ($230). With no luck pulling anything super expensive from the Bravo Cases, maybe he pulled something crazy in his next section of the momentous unboxing?

78 Weapon Case Ones ($5,575)

It was a sad day when the streamer did not open the world's first StatTrak FN 661 Scar Pattern Bluegem. Ohne had decent luck throughout this section, as he was able to pull a Tier 3 MW AK Case Hardened [Pattern 782] ($520), a Tier 4 FT AK Case Hardened [Pattern 830] ($205), 2 FN Deagle Hypnotics ($105 each), and a Tier 4 StatTrak AK-47 Case Hardened FT 0.29 [Pattern 425] ($500). Next up in the opening was OhnePixel's chance to make history by opening the first Souvenir Factory New AWP Dragon Lore since 2019, but did he do it...?

40 Cobblestone Packages ($51,000)

Of course not; if he had, you would have definitely already known, as it would have indeed broken the internet. The only thing of note from the $51,000 of Cobblestone packages that Ohne unboxed was an FN Souvenir CZ75-Auto Chalice ($100) that made back less than a tenth of the cost of just the Cobblestone package he opened to get it.

Katowice 2014 Challenger & Legend Capsules ($39,500)

NiP Katowice 2014 - $400

If you thought the superstar streamer would somehow pull an iBuyPower Holo or a Titan Holo Katowice 2014 sticker and actually make the entire opening profitable, I have some horrible news. He unboxed a NiP Katowice 2014 Paper just like before, worth just $400, and a Reason Katowice 2014 Paper worth $2,700.

Reason Katowice 2014 - $2700

How the Opening was Profitable

Surprisingly if you take into consideration that he was gifted all of the containers to open as well as the fact he gained 28,800 Twitch subscribers (~$72,000 after the Twitch split pretax), had thousands of dollars of donations, and created thousands of new fans from the stream, anyone would consider the jawdropping 232,224 peak live viewer stream a complete success, even if the opening luck was abysmal.

Conclusion

With such a momentous record-breaking stream now behind him, it is fantastic to see how OhnePixel will top this event in the future. Maybe ma drilla will one day be able to unbox the Titan Holo Katowice 2014 that he has been chasing after. We would love to hear your thoughts about this jaw-dropping stream on Twitter!
